Keep Swimming...Just Keep Swimming!

Some may think it strange that Turner went swimming for the first time at a little over 3 months old. Even before he could hold his head up. But I figure you have to learn some time! We are a swimming family. I practically LIVED at the pool during the summers growing up. We would go to swim practice in the early morning, go home to eat breakfast and head back up to the pool. We would return home to eat lunch and watch The Price is Right and Days of Our Lives...ahhhh those were the days (like sands through the hourglass, etc, etc...)! Then back to the pool until our eyes burned too bad to open them, our shoulders were blistered or they were locking up the gate behind us. Little fishes.

Anyway, we bought Turner his own pool to splash around in the backyard and he loves it! We have gone up to the community pool a few times and over to Amanda Cameron's for a dip or two. In fact, we're going over there tomorrow for some fun in the sun! The nice thing about living in Texas is that you can start swimming in April and not stop until the end of September (through December some years). Here are some pics of our summer splashes...
